Nauticat 33 -This Nauticat 33 (Hull number 395, built in 1976 ) is offered for sale at a very competitive price of 30,000 pounds sterling. Sailed single handed from the UK , carefully looked after and well maintained by its present owner, it is fully equipped. The Nauticat 33 has an enviable record of superb craftsmanship in its design and build, is easily sailed short handed, an ideal live aboard boat, and a safe and strong boat for a family.
Interior and Domestic
The interior is immaculate, and can sleep up to six persons.
Completely re-upholstered throughout in cream during the present ownership and in excellent condition. Purpose made fitted carpet for all floors in Navy Blue /white, and curtains to all windows.
Heads - with Blue hand basin, hot and cold water mixer tap and Lavac Manual Toilet.
Forward cabin - two berths with infill , two reading lights. Lots of storage under. Opening deck hatch with blind.
Central wardrobe with shelving, and storage space over.
Lower Saloon - seats 4/6 people with stow away table, and converts to a very comfortable double bed, screened by curtains. Three lights, power points, and storage under seating. Book shelves. Radio / tape player with speaker in saloon and wheelhouse. Lots of cushions.
Galley area. Double stainless sink, with hot and cold mixer tap.
150 litres cold water tank supplying water to all taps via an electrical pump, hot water supplied from a 19 litre Calorifier Engine heated and or /240 volt immersion heater. ( New April 2015 )

The engine room is located under the floor of the wheelhouse accessed by lifting two noise insulated hinged floor sections. The engine itself is inside a further noise insulated compartment. Two stainless steel fuel tanks are mounted either side each of 300 litres capacity and supply fuel to the engine via two sets of fuel filters, with an electrical switch over for tank selection. Batteries are located on the port side, inside purpose made storage boxes. Storage room in here for dinghy if required. Eberspacher warm air boat heater, connected to a series of ducting .
Inverter 12 volt to 240 volt.

The aft cabin has two very comfortable single berths separated centrally by a dressing table and set of six drawers, and mirror over. A hanging wardrobe is located behind the cabin sliding door, and fitted with shelving.
