Barge of the Spits/Freycinet-standard peniche originally used to operate mainly in fresh water and transported grain. Her shell is in good condition, with minimal indentations, dishing and deterioration, which makes her a perfect conversion prospect. The vessel has undergone her 5 year reneral survey/docking Dec 2016/Jan 2017, following which her certificate was renewed until Feb 2022 for a commercial vessel and Feb 2027 for residential vessel. She is ideal candidate for conversion into a live-aboard. Concept design plans have also been developed and are available on request as a separate purchase.
