Description

A beautifully presented and unique Dawncraft 30, redesigned and built by craftsman and boatfitter, Julian Huggins of JH Joinery. This is a personal labour of love. Isabella has had a total refit of windows and the interior, also exterior paint and new gunwhale rubbing strakes. The engine has always been well serviced, is renowned for reliability and doesn’t miss a beat. It has had one final service, ready to go with a new impeller, belts, oil and antifreeze.
Originally built in 1969, Isabella is currently out of the water, at my workshop. She is shipshape and ready to go to her new owners. This boat was great fun to live on, easy to cruise and is suitable both as a liveaboard and a holiday cruiser.
The aft cabin has a double bed, with under bed storage and wardrobe, with shelf and hangers. Space for chest of drawers. The galley is handmade in ash and iroko top with a good-sized sink, three cupboards, two drawers, two drainers. Full sized gas cooker with copper surround.
The saloon has a convertible double bed, again with under-bed drawers and cupboard. New table/seat for navigation and general use. Multi-fuel boatman stove with removable chimney pot so that the sliding roof can be opened. The ceiling height of Isabella is: Aft cabin - 5' 9" Galley - 5' 11" Saloon - 6' 4"
