This 1975 Broom 35 Continental complete with twin Perkins 6.354HT diesel engines, 115 horsepower handles very well for mooring etc. She is a well appointed example and in good condition for her age. Inside there are two bedrooms and two toilets one with a shower, there is a gas cooker, fridge and a new gas hot water heater. In the bow section the centre bed section raises to make a table. The saloon has had new cushions and has a television which works on 12v and 240v with a booster antenna.
She had a new boat safety certificate in 2023 - expires February 2027
4x new batteries fitted in 2022, hull refresh and antifoul 2023.

ACCOMMODATION
Forward Cabin has two single berths and ample storage. The cabin will also double as a dinning area with the saloon table.
Heads and showers to the port side whilst to starboard you will find the full galley.
Steps up to the saloon with two side doors both port and starboard sides. The inside helm is found to port with full instrumentation. The seat will pull out to make into a double berth.
Steps up to the cockpit and down to the rear cabin. The cabin has two single berths and an ensuite heads.

Points to note:
Starboard engine heats up quicker than port engine and runs hotter, but both within tolerance. This has not been an issue while cruising and the temperatures stay within limits.
Port rev counter not working (this is a wire which became dislodged when changing the port impeller).
