Superbo is a 40ft 1968 Fibreglass Bourne Cruiser with a Perkins inboard 704 diesel engine. All ready to go as a weekend cruiser or livaboard to cruise the network.

New head gasket, hoses, water pump

Water is heated by a calorifier and a new immersion heater when on 240,

Accommodation is split into three areas, full size fixed bed with storage underneath, one full length wardrobe and one cupboard with a shelf. Two small wall cupboards in the bow, also shower with shower pump & shower curtain, pump out original sea toilet. New Houdini hatch with a lockable door
Centre cockpit with steering wheel, two captains seats, lots of storage and a pull back roof for open air cruising
Saloon at the back with wrap around original windows. New galley comprising of two gas burners, 240v fridge with freezer compartment. The galley has three drawers & four cupboards plus one full length cupboard. Pullman dinette with under seat storage which goes into a double bed. There is also a door to the engine for easy access. Lockable door.
Both cabins have fitted curtains & flooring in all three cabins is the original teak decking.
At the rear of the boat comprising of three compartments with individual access to each one, 1 contains two 13kg gas bottles, central locker is engine and third locker is batteries and storage.
The rear deck is perfect for two chairs to watch the sunset with a G & T.
We have tried to maintain the integrity of this cruiser but also practical as a modern cruiser. We live aboard and cruise Superb at every possible chance. The Perkins 706 engine has had a recent head gasket done by a reputalbe mechanic. She is good for anywhere on the network as well as rivers and cruises like a dream. All the plumbing is new as well as shower, water pump and piping on the engine.
All four roofs have been replaced with new fibreglass & new marine ply sides
All paintwork including hull was done in October 2018, hull with specialist fibreglass two pack
