Tankage and Heating
Water Tank: The 450 ltrs steel tank provides for pressurised hot and cold water supplies to Galley and Heads.
Two polypropelene tanks - each of 200 ltrs capacity provide holding tank facilities for black and grey water storage and pump out facilities.
Accommodation
The accommodation spaces are largely finished in varnished tongued and grooved boarding with plain painted bulkheads and white trim in the deckhouse, fully carpeted and central heating by a dedicated Reflex boiler and wet system with domestic radiators.
From the all-round flush-deck, entry to the accommodation is by the Wheelhouse door found in the aft bulkhead.
The layout of the Wheelhouse has the helm position - with the raised & sprung KAB helmseat - to the centre with engine controls, instrumentation and navigation equipment to hand.
A half Admiralty chart size chart- table is fitted to Port.
An L-shaped settee - which opens to form double bunk - is fitted at the rear on the Port hand.
Fwd, to Stbd, is the companionway to the accommodation.
At the foot of the steps is a dinette with facing settees and lockering outboard including bookshelves and hanging locker.
Opposite is a double berth, again with lockering outboard including a TV set.
A heavy steel fire & water-proof door is fitted in the water-proof bulkhead to access the Engine Room.
Forward to Stbd is a fully equipped GALLEY with stainless steel sink with pressurised hot & cold water, 2-burner hob and oven gas cooker; microwave, tiled surfaces and generous lockering.
Opposite is a good sized HEADS compartment with marine toilet and walk-in shower cubicle.
Forward again is the FORECABIN with four berths - each singles, one above the other in V-form and access to the Chain locker.
All forward spaces are with water-tight doors and ventilators.
A deck-head hatch for light, ventilation and escape is located in the space at the foot of the companionway to the Wheelhouse.
A second deckhead hatch is located in the forward 4-berth cabin.
The engine room is accessed by way of a deck hatch in the raised deck section aft of the Wheelhouse.
The compartment provides for the engine, workshop area and electrical switchboard.
