This 16.2 metre Aluminium Star has been part of a very successful Charter Business based in Hillarys for many years and Boatlocator staff know her very well. She is used every day and very reliable. Well proven in all weather conditions and is at home in conditions that see other vessel remaining in Port. She has been replaced with a much larger vessel and is now offered for sale. Powered by a single Iveco allowing a cruise of 16 knots and carried 2,500 litres of fuel. (uses approximately 45 litres per hour) Whilst two persons can bunk in the v-berth she is really a day cruiser. Carries 500 litres of water, has a single toilet and comes with decent electronics inlcuding a Furuno Navigator GPS, a TMQ Bosun auto pilot, Icom M710 HF and a GME 27 meg radio, JRC JFV120 sounder, JMA 2254 radar and a Lorenze C-Map flat screen plotter. The bimini covers 3/4 of the deck and has side clears. Surveyed 1C (23 pax - 2 crew) and 1D (37 pax- 2crew). All survey gear is current and in survey. Comfortably sleeping 37, this fully airconditioned ship has a huge volume inside. She crises very ecomomically at 8.5 knots using 75 lts per hour. Powered by a Cat 319TA and two 165KVA gensets. She has all the requirements for extended stays with commercial galley, walk in coolroom, Plasma TV/foxtel, many showers and toilets, 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, too many extras to list.
The sewage treatment plant allows mooring in environmentally sensitive areas and also has MARPOL Medivac Stretcher.
She carries 50,000 lts of fuel and 50,000 water with Desal facility also.In current 1B survey. |
