'The Lady Sandel' is a road transportable 60 seater, fully enclosed waterbus of steel construction and working under full MCA certification as a Class V vessel on Category D waters.
She was built in Scotland in 1960 and has been continuously surveyed and maintained to stringent MCA standards.
Re-engined by River Bann Cruises in 2007 with a fully reconditioned and serviced 175hp Ford D series engine driving through a self-changing gearbox, the vessel has a normal service speed of 5-6 knots at 1250 rpm and can achieve 8 knots at 1500 rpm. |
