63' Mussel Dragger, Cargo, Commercial Boat - Steel Boat Utility Supply Vessel
PRICE REDUCED $30,000. NOW ONLY $115,000. SURVEYED IN 2008
Custom built steel work boat rigged for dragging and processing 1000 bushels of mussels per day. This boat has earned a great reputation.
Designed and built by Paul Cartwright who created a very strong and good looking boat.
Engine is a great running Detroit 892 with unknown hours. Does not burn any oil, starts easily and has been very reliable working 6 days a week. 450HP natural aspiration. Cruise at 8 knots and max speeds of 9 to 11 knots depending on prop used. Reverse gear is a 504 Twin Disc. Shaft 2.5 SS.
Vessel uses about 60 gals per 18 hour day dragging at 1400 rpm.
Generator: Lister 12KW, just rebuilt
Fuel: 1200 gals in 2 steel tanks
Water: 300 gals in 1 tank
Holding tank: 6 gal
Electronics:
2 VHF radios
Raymarine C120 combined unit, Radar, Depth, GPS Plotter w/ Gold Chip for East Coast.
Furuno radar

Main winch: Pullmaster 20,000 lb
